Digital Image License Agreement

Copyright Notice

All images remain the copyrighted property of Windward Photography unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing or downloading digital images does not transfer copyright ownership.

Personal Use License

The client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use purchased images for personal use only, including:

• Printing for personal display
• Sharing on personal social media accounts
• Sending to friends and family
• Personal archiving and storage

Restrictions

The client may NOT:

• Sell the images
• Edit the images beyond basic cropping for social media formatting
• Apply excessive filters or heavy alterations
• Use images for commercial purposes
• Enter images into contests or publications without written permission
• Remove watermarks or copyright information
• Claim the work as their own

Social Media Sharing

When sharing images online, credit is appreciated whenever possible:

Commercial Use

Commercial, advertising, resale, or business use requires a separate written commercial license agreement.

Liability

Windward Photography is not responsible for the quality of prints or products ordered through third-party printing services outside of the recommended gallery provider.

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, purchasing, or using these digital files, the client agrees to the terms of this license agreement.
